Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within India:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders
A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

COD is available on selected pincodes across India.
SPICYWEAR reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

SPICYWEAR is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional charges may occur.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
